BE CAREFULL! We sold 2 studios through Tom from Immo Vivo. Unfortunately due to a mistake from him we lost around 7000 euro. Tom got his comission but never cared anymore too give us anything back for the big loss we had because of him! Phonecalls and emails stayed unanswered! As long as he had his money all is good for him

Jammer genoeg, een onvriendelijke behandeling door Brigitte VG.
Ik heb een advertentie gezien op Immoweb voor een appartement in Deurne. Via "contacteer per e-mail" kan je vragen stellen en een bezoek plannen. Ik heb dus vragen gesteld en een paar momenten voorgesteld wanneer ik op bezoek kan komen.
Het antwoord van deze mevrouw was: "Zonder uw gsmnummer kunnen we helaas niets doen." Dat was alles.
Ik heb terug gemaild om te zeggen dat dit antwoord niet oké was. Daarna kreek ik twee mails: in de eerste het antwoord op maar één vraag (de andere vragen werden niet beantwoord), en de tweede e-mail waarin ze zegt "Bij de dokter moet u toch ook bellen".
Dat ze graag het nummer vragen, kan ik begrijpen. Dat kunnen ze gewoon op een normale manier vragen. Maar dat je ook weigert om info te geven zonder het nummer, dat kan niet als dat niet uitdrukkelijk staat op de website, want dat zijn toch de opties. Zelfs na mijn reactie kreeg ik geen antwoord op alle andere vragen die ik had gesteld (zoals "is er syndicus, hoeveel is KI, is de dak geïsoleerd").
Jammer voor de eigenaar want we waren echt geïnteresseerd.
